Position Overview:  

We are seeking a motivated Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry and construction, with a focus on ensuring that jobs run smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and work details.

•  Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to client specifications.
•  Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Arrive on time and perform all assigned tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Perform punch list items and assist where needed to finalize projects.
• Engage in final trim labor, attic-floor laying, and other carpentry tasks.
• Use power tools safely and effectively.
• Lay out cabinet plans and install final trim.
• Assist in preparing for remodeling projects.
• Conduct service calls as instructed.
• Complete tasks that may vary from day to day.

Qualifications:

• Preferred background in carpentry and new construction.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
