The Pines

The Pines is a new addition located off of Kell Road in Northwest Allen County, Huntertown, Indiana. Bob Buescher Homes is one of three premier builders in this neighborhood, offering exceptional craftsmanship and quality. We currently have several available lots for building, and if we don't have the specific lot you're looking for, please feel free to inquire with us, as we can also build homes on any outlying lots in the subdivision that are not noted on our lot inventory.

In The Pines, you can expect a community that upholds certain standards and guidelines. The addition is comprised of three high-quality builders, ensuring a cohesive and attractive neighborhood. To maintain the aesthetic and value of the homes, there are covenants in place that every homeowner should familiarize themselves with.

For single-story homes, the covenants require a minimum of 1750 square feet of living space. Two-story homes must have a minimum of 2100 square feet. Additionally, each residence must have a three-car garage at a minimum.

To maintain the overall appeal of the neighborhood, there is a homeowners association in place. Currently, the annual HOA fee is $850, although this is subject to change each year. It is important to stay updated on any changes or amendments to the HOA fees.

Please note that above-ground pools are not permitted in this addition. If you wish to install a fence, it must be approved by the architectural committee or your HOA to ensure it aligns with the overall design and aesthetics of the community.
